We are a large Housing Authority and are required to do a construction estimate prior to bidding jobs so as to ensure cost control. In the past this involved either an architect or other professional providing us a cost estimate (for about the cost of your program).

For fire or other rehabilitation jobs this was not cost effective. After researching available programs, many costing multiple times more for the same product we selected PrioSoft’s Contractor’s Office.
