I have been using contractors office since 2010 and it has allowed me to greatly improve the way I do business. We are a large Housing Authority and are required to do a construction estimate prior to bidding jobs so as to ensure cost control. In the past this involved either an architect or other professional providing us a cost estimate (for about the cost of your program).
