Contractor’s Office now has the capability to link a full Inventory with Materials, Equipment and Sub-Contractors for any job. This gives the user the ability to track usage and stock status of the items in inventory automatically. The items can be linked to the Cost Book for estimating or the individual estimate and the information flows through, updating the inventory when an Invoice is posted.
In Job Scheduling you can now create templates of jobs for future use by saving the schedule for a job as a template with a template name. You can also create a template from scratch or maintain a template. When scheduling a job, you can just apply the template to that job.
