I have been using contractors office since 2010 and it has allowed me to greatly improve the way I do business. I can put out more professional contracts with more accurate estimates in in much less time. The support I received in learning and setting up the program was top notch. I just had my first problem in five years which turned out to be an issue with Microsoft Word. With tech support’s knowledge of its program and all related systems, the problem was found and fixed on my first call in just a few minutes. This type of service is rare. I purchased your Contractor’s Office Construction Management Software one month ago and it has drastically reduced the amount of time I spend on estimates. We are a large Housing Authority and are required to do a construction estimate prior to bidding jobs so as to ensure cost control. In the past this involved either an architect or other professional providing us a cost estimate (for about the cost of your program).
For fire or other rehabilitation jobs this was not cost effective. After researching available programs, many costing multiple times more for the same product we selected PrioSoft’s Contractor’s Office.
I can say without a doubt that the Contractor’s Office was the easiest to get up to speed, the quickest to operate and developed the fastest bids for our jobs. Additionally the technical support is without parallel. The result has been we can turn out realistic estimates in a short amount of time. And when I got stuck one phone call solved the problem in seconds.

I have been very satisfied with the results I have had on using the Estimating software It has saved me money by helping me to build out the project thru the estimate process.It is user friendly and any questions have been responded to immediately by the support team at Priosoft. I use the system every day to get started with my “to do” list and then go right into quoting jobs and selling them. am not very computer literate and I was reluctant to proceed with a computer-based estimating system. What a difference! It’s cut my time spent on estimates to a fraction of the time it used to take and has made me more profitable by being so complete. Customers have commented on how professional my estimates are, and as a result I have more net sales. I also have had great help on the few times I have needed it.
